A's are going to the ALCS for the first time since 1992. And Pathetics Nation deserves all the credit.

Because I'm in LA, I was relying on a ride to go up north w/ some buddies. They called me up yesterday and said "It's in the bag. We're gonna sweep. Let's get better seats for the ALCS and go next weekend".

Hence, I didn't go, but I wish I had. We'd better go to the ALCS, or I'm gonna get Milton Bradley to punch my buddies in face. Then I'll tell him to call them N-words.

Yahoo Sports is using the same headline. Yet mine was online at least an hour before theirs.

It's not the first time my headlines have been stolen. (it also happened when I was working for a newspaper in Japan.)

Its funny, the President of Yahoo Japan isn't recognized in Japan w/in the high tech dork community. Before all the scandals, he wasn't included in all the stuff put together by Livedoor etc. F Yahoo.

I had a headline stolen by the Asahi. Mine appeared in the features section one week, the Asahi headline appeared the following week. Lame.

Does anyone even read the Asahi Shimbun? That paper is for suckers. The only coverage I need would be from Aki Hoshino anyway. No offense.

I celebrated with cheap American beer, just as the A's would want it. The Yankees are looking awful, which is great.

I want to see Macha and Leyland fight to the death before Game 1 when they take out the lineup cards.

Actually, all Japanese newspapers suck. Especially the one I used to work for.
