Time For
A Break  AAA's head into the All-Star break with very few stars of their own, and even less hope of winning their division. Angels win three of four.

Watch Beano trade Zito to the Mets, who will turn around and trade him to the Anals, and then we'll truly be screwed.
Oobers right, I the A's are causing me to drink too much which in turn has caused me to need adult diapers. I place all of the blame on AN.
AB---did you shake Blez's hand at the game you went to? I certainly hope so. Is Zito gone in July or October???

I shook his hand at the AN Day last summer.
My prediction: Zito is gone by the end of the month.
The most recent off-season, his biggest mistake was the Loaiza signing.
But his biggest mistake of all was letting Tejada go and then signing Chavez.
I tend to think his biggest mistake was signing an old Arthur Rhodes to a 3-year $9M deal to be the new closer when the guy had never closed sucessfully before. Arthur Rhodes single handedly cost us the playoffs in 2004! (that and Mark Mulder pitching injured)
Billy ate a dick on that one.
