What is
Pathetics Nation?
Pathetics Nation is an Oakland A's blog. Here, there's none of that "In Billy We Trust" bullshit. And we won't try to sell you any T-shirts, either. (We don't need to--we have real jobs.) We love the A's, but we tell it like it is.

Fun Fact
Sad but true: The T-shirt salesman who runs Athletics Nation also runs fan websites for the Los Angeles Angels, the Texas Rangers, the Seattle Mariners, and even the San Francisco Giants--all teams that REAL A's fans hate with a passion. .

Choke.

Street can be forgiven, as he's a rookie.

The AAA's still have a chance to become the A's, but first they gotta finish this rollercoaster ride with a victory.

8-8 and going into extra innings...

Maybe Keith Gimper should PH for Adam Hellmuse, After all, Gimper is hitting 30 points higher than Hellmuse.

They are the A's again.

The reverse-psychology of Pathetics Nation has succeeded at last. The REAL fans have demanded more of their team, and the team has answered.

The carpetbagging T-shirt salesman and his nation of bandwagon Asslickers must be scared shitless right now--the bandwagon is about to take on a bunch of new passengers.

As long as the carpetbagging T-shirt salesman continues to try to fleece REAL A's fans by making cash off of crappy shirts with idiotic slogans, this site will remain online.

However, I am gonna dump (pun intended) the current Pathetics Nation logo in favor of one whose design isn't as shitty (literally).

The new logo will debut tomorrow and remain in place unless the A's become the AAA's again.
