With 3 games to go before the All-Star break--all of them against the best team in baseball--Oakland will probably finish the first half 5 games under .500.

Look on the bright side. Since all but one of the triple-Athletics will be sitting at home during the break, they can use their spare time planning October golf vacations.

Let's Go AAA's!
