What is
Pathetics Nation?
Pathetics Nation is an Oakland A's blog. Here, there's none of that "In Billy We Trust" bullshit. And we won't try to sell you any T-shirts, either. (We don't need to--we have real jobs.) We love the A's, but we tell it like it is.

Fun Fact
Sad but true: The T-shirt salesman who runs Athletics Nation also runs fan websites for the Los Angeles Angels, the Texas Rangers, the Seattle Mariners, and even the San Francisco Giants--all teams that REAL A's fans hate with a passion. .

Open Post-Game Thread: 62 - AAA's at Atlanta

How about that? I forget to open a thread for the game, and the AAA's pull off a laugher.

Let Go AAA's!

The Beane-Washed Brigade over at Asslickers Nation is celebrating today's victory as though the AAA's had just pulled off a 20th consecutive victory.

Wake up, Beane-Brains.

The AAA's are still in dead last, 12 games under .500, and on pace for a 95-loss season.

I really enjoy visiting Asslickers Nation. It's great for laughs.

The silliest posts are the ones by those she-men who post about how cute Barry Zito is or what great buns Eric Byrnes has.

The T-shirt salesman seems to have found the perfect market for his cheesy product: fat-assed she-men who think that by "talking baseball," they'll finally land themselves a REAL man.

Beaned again!

Rob...

Actually, I think signrickey's posts are WAAAAYYY better than mine.

I just keep posting because I know it pisses the T-shirt salesman off.

Yes, the T-shirt salesman does regularly visit this site. And how do I know?

IP tracking is a wonderful thing!
